Sorry that the re-launch of this podcast as "One Pound At A Time" isn't happening as quickly as I'd hoped.

It is in the works though, so fear not, and I will definitely post something here when it's ready to go online! Thank you, everyone, for your support in this!

Well, it was a struggle and there were times when I didn't think I would make it. But despite a lot of pain and suffering and stress, I managed to survive almost two whole weeks without Internet access.

Oh, and the surgery went okay too.

Hey everyone. Sorry this didn't go up Thursday night as planned, but I've been experimenting with new compression formats, and it still isn't working, so I did this one the same way I have been. Hopefully, the next one will have a smaller file size with equivalent or better quality.
