Sorry that the re-launch of this podcast as "One Pound At A Time" isn't happening as quickly as I'd hoped.

Well, it was a struggle and there were times when I didn't think I would make it. But despite a lot of pain and suffering and stress, I managed to survive almost two whole weeks without Internet access.

Oh, and the surgery went okay too.
