You look great! I see a huge difference, especially compared to day one!!! Good job.
I know what you are saying about a different kind of hunger. I am going to ask a friend with an MD about that.
What is your appoach to cravings? Being slightly crazy (lol) I am big on the emotional eating....

Glad to see it's working.....but where is the new one? Looking forward to seeing your next set of results.
ps... I've lost 33lbs so far, and watching someone else out there is trying to lose weight helps keep me on track.

Mmmmm. Baby carrots. I eat those all the time myself. I usually take them to work as a snack, mixed with some celery. Being a vegetarian, it's a good thing I like veggies. ;-)
You're doing great. Keep going!

I can relate to different kinds of hunger. Let's use your meal as an example, Even though I can eat all the cucumbers I want and I like cucumbers, I would end up wanting more of the entree. I could be stuffed to my eyeballs with vegetables but I would still feel unsatisfied if I saw a different food available. That's why it is difficult for me to get a salad in the work caf when evereyone else is eating fries.
